THE VIOLATIONS
from within the United Kingdom, the self proclaimed bastion of modern Democracy and:-
1. THE promoter of the right of the individual to VIOLATE the rights of the many (DEMOCRACY? MAJORITY rules?)
2. THE promoter and protector of the rights of animals, NOT of HUMANS, so long as the freedom of the Judiciary, from within, is let loose to act as in the many cases the world at large is called upon to DISCREDIT and to CONDEMN the practices we expose. Indeed all from within should and MUST ACT to put an end to the shameless acts and activities of persons who believe they are above the law and act in contempt of it.
3. The protector of the 'criminals and those who KNOW they ARE free to act outside the law'. SO LONG AS the Law Enforcement Agencies and Public Servants ARE free to act (default in essence) as they please there can be no true Democracy and NO Justice. Through THE well established modus operandi of the Legal/Judicial/ Mafia all know they CAN BENEFIT eventually from and through the independence of the judiciary. A judiciary let free simply to generate income for the circles from within which the judiciary arise to Public office IS DANGEROUS to the health of the nation, to the state. Through dereliction and or misuse of public office, blatant misdirections of court proceedings. And or through alleged IGNORANCE OF THE PRINCIPLES of Parliament's laws the state of Justice to-day. PARLIAMENT'S LAW IS NOT PRINTED in invisible ink and it can be obtained also in Braille, we are sure for the blind.
The public at large is called upon to consider the facts stated, THE EVIDENCE PLEADED, USED and RELIED UPON by the victims of the merchants of misery* and the Law Enforcement agencies the United Kingdom maintains at very high cost, for and in the interests of the directors and the actors in control of our justice halls / theatres.
NO Recordings ? NO Cameras ? WHY ?
TO Protect which parties? When no National Security and or some justifiable, grounds subsist in any case, WHY the violations of Article 6 of the ECoHR? Most certainly not in ALL COURT CASES such elements exist and as such WHY the OPPRESSIVE operations in violation of Article 6 of the ECoHR, with assistance from the MEDIA barons in the United Kingdom? WHY THE blanket SECRET session hearings from which even those who are party to the court proceedings often are NOT ALLOWED access to the Courts, yet notified of alleged court rulings and OR alleged JUDICIOUS judgements resting and founded on such ABUSIVE use of the Court services FOR alleged judicious rulings BY judicial persons in the United Kingdom?

The public and the world at large is afforded the opportunity, through these pages, to recognise the serious issues RAISED AND COMPLAINED OF through the on-going Court cases we publish. When the RIGHT TO unblemished, untarnished, unadulterated, independent of other influences AND INTERESTS and truly UNBIASED JUSTICE is violated by parties who should know better than to allow and or grant to themselves the liberties the citizens fall victim to, THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY and NO JUSTICE from within any state that allows, let alone TOLERATES, such blatant violations of the rights of ANY SINGLE CITIZEN, no matter who,where from and or his/her 'status in a democratic state'.
