The article we publish below from "The Times" qualifies the French Ministry of Justice HAS SOME AUTHORITY over the persons, the individuals, the mortals it appoints to act AS JUDICIOUS (spirit of position) persons. For over a year the newspaper was receiving reports and statements covering the very issues but it chose to ignore such 'realities' in the UK.
